Omar Donis serves as the Vice President and Chief of Operations at Landscape Sprinkler, where he leads with a commitment to excellence and a people-first philosophy. With a career built on integrity and professional rigor, Omar is dedicated to fostering lifelong relationships with both his employees and his customers.
In his dual leadership role, Omar ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality. He is a firm believer that the foundation of a successful business is superior customer service, and he works tirelessly to inspire his team to deliver precision and care in every task. By prioritizing open communication and mutual respect, he has cultivated a work environment where staff members are empowered to thrive and clients feel like part of the family.
Outside of his professional life, Omar finds his greatest joy in his family. He is a devoted husband and a proud father to three beautiful children. Whether he is coaching from the sidelines or enjoying a quiet weekend at home, he cherishes every moment spent with his family, believing that the time invested in loved ones is the ultimate reward.
Jeremy joined the LS team in 2023. He brings a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years of industry experience and a strong background in construction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from South Dakota State University. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative, client-focused approach, Jeremy takes the time to listen carefully and understand each client’s goals. This allows him to create functional, beautiful outdoor living spaces that balance creativity with practical expertise.
Outside of work, he cherishes time with his wife and the joyful chaos of life as a dad to three children. He also enjoys many outdoor hobbies, including sports, traveling, gardening, and continually refining his own landscaping.
Tristen joined the Landscape Sprinklers team in 2025. He brings over a decade of hands-on industry experience, with a strong background in landscape design, project management, and field operations. Tristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from South Dakota State University and is known for his detail-oriented, client-first approach.
Outside of work, he enjoys disc golfing with friends, visiting dog parks with his dog, and tinkering on projects around the house.
Kyna serves as Executive Assistant, where she oversees appointment scheduling and acts as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls. She plays a key role in supporting team members by keeping schedules organized, deadlines on track, and daily operations running smoothly. Known for her exceptional professionalism and positivity, Kyna consistently delivers an outstanding customer service experience that makes clients and colleagues feel welcomed and supported.
Outside of work, Kyna has been happily married for 16 years and is a proud mother of three young boys. She enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, making the most of every opportunity to create meaningful memories.
Kirby is a dedicated Landscape Support Specialist, who assists in both commercial and residential projects. In her role, she is responsible for preparing detailed takeoffs, measurements, and estimates for approval.
Her responsibilities also extend to the operational aspects in the field, including assisting crews with material ordering and managing project deadlines. Kirby is a key communicator, liaising with project managers and general contractors to ensure all work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Kirby is a firm believer that life is best lived with a little mud on your boots and a lot of heart in your work. From managing a demanding professional schedule to floating down the river in her kayak, she thrives on action. For her, the 'quiet' of farm life is where her best ideas are born, fueled by a relentless drive to build, grow, and improve everything she touches. While her professional milestones keep her moving, her two daughters remain her greatest adventure and the 'why' behind every goal she hits.
